Brianna reinhold

Brianna, an Arizona native with deep roots in the West Valley, made the move to Maricopa with her family in 2019. She is the proud owner of Northern Lights Therapy, PLLC, where she is on a mission to provide transformative mental health therapy for individuals across all ages and walks of life. With a passion for service, Brianna holds several key credentials, including Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Approved Supervisor, Certified First Responder Counselor, and Emergency Responder and Public Safety Certified Clinician. She earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with a Forensic Concentration in 2012 and has built a diverse career before launching her own thriving practice.

Brianna’s journey into mental health is rooted in her deep commitment to first responders. Having worked as a detention officer and member of the Peer Support Team at Glendale PD, she understands the unique challenges these heroes face. Coming from a long line of first responders, she has made it her life’s mission to help them heal from the trauma and crisis they experience daily. For Brianna, therapy isn’t about placing a Band-Aid over the problem—it’s about breaking the mold and creating lasting, meaningful healing for individuals and families.

When she's not helping others heal, Brianna loves exploring the world with her children. Whether it's hiking through the mountains, camping under the stars, or seeking out adrenaline-pumping adventures like skydiving, she’s always up for a new challenge. Her travels have taken her to awe-inspiring places like Iceland and the Caribbean, and there’s no telling where she’ll head next.

Brianna is deeply committed to giving back to her community, and her role as Vice-President of the Maricopa Police Foundation Board of Directors allows her to do just that. She brings a fresh, dynamic perspective to the table, championing new ideas and growth opportunities to ensure that those who dedicate their lives to keeping us safe receive the support they deserve.
